Refund & Cancellation Policy
Event Management Services
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least [21 days] before the event.
- Refunds will be processed based on the terms agreed upon in the service contract.
Content and Tech Development Services
- Cancellation is allowed before the project’s final approval stage.
- Refunds for prepaid services will depend on the work completed.
Force Majeure
- Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
