Refund & Cancellation Policy

Event Management Services

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least [21 days] before the event.
  • Refunds will be processed based on the terms agreed upon in the service contract.

Content and Tech Development Services

  • Cancellation is allowed before the project’s final approval stage.
  • Refunds for prepaid services will depend on the work completed.

Force Majeure

  • Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
